"I cannot say enough badass stuff about this dude named ADAM FIGUEROA! After the nightmare of closings when I bought my house; i was very reluctant about refinancing. "Tracy H. was a great loan officer to work with that saved me from a stalled VA home loan while I was on vacation TWICE!! I was looking to lower my rate during these record lows but when I got a mailer that touted 100% cash-out VA financing, I had to look. It required that I follow up with a streamline loan, but I got 100% of my equity out of my house and we closed the second ""streamline"" loan bringing my new loan into today's market low-interest rates. Tracy was able to not only help me have all of the paperwork filled out with little work on my part, but sent a notary to where I was at whatever time worked for me. 0430 EST (before work on the first one) and in another state for the second (NC to WI on vacation) so that we could close when we needed.
