Customer service is one of my core beliefs. It’s difficult to find originators that are actively available throughout the mortgage process. I was skeptical when I received a letter in the mail about VA refinance for equity. But I called anyway. Rob Humann was my consultant. I did have my guard up for a while but he just made my girlfriend and I feel at ease. Little by little my walls came down and I actually learned from Rob while I was refinancing. I called to inquire about a refinance and David Collier was the one who returned my call on my refinance. He explained everything to be with each step I had to complete. He called me daily to check to see if needed anything or if I had any questions. My closing was last week (May 14,2024), just over a month!! Wow!! A fast and easy closing. The notary came to my house at 6:00pm, when it was convenient for my wife and myself.
