The notary came to my house at 6:00pm, when it was convenient for my wife and myself. I answered an advertisement in the mail from United Trust Bank and it was the best move I could make. When I called David Collier a Loan Officer answered the call. I explained my situation and how Bank of America made me wait 25 days and disapproved my refinancing. David immediately and patiently took all my information he was informative and answered all my questions. During the call he remained positive and said we can work it out.
